Thank you for considering a pledge to Foundation for the Future: The Campaign for Holy Names Academy. With your commitment to our bold vision, we can succeed in securing the future of the Academy. Pledges can be paid over a period of up to five years.

SUBMIT BY EMAIL: Download and complete the pledge form. Save the form to your computer and email it as an attachment to development@holynames-sea.org. For your security, do not include any credit card information in your pledge form or in any email to HNA.

OR SUBMIT BY MAIL: Print and complete pledge form and mail to HNA Development Office, 728-21st Ave. East, Seattle, WA 98112. Enclose a check if you prefer to make your first payment by check, or use the secure-link button below to make your first payment online.
